• Flat Rate Service.  It's true. Companies who charge by the hour make more money with low skilled repairman because they take more time and are paid less. With Jaric; you only pay a low, flat rate. You never pay for extra hours and all work is approved up front.
 
• Problems Corrected.  We don't just replace parts until your furnace or air conditioner starts running again. Your technician is a degreed professional and has advanced diagnositc training to find the real problem quickly.
 
• Emergency Service.  Even if your system breaks down on a holiday, we're available. In fact, we never charge our Service Plan Members overtime.
 
• No Run Around Charge.  Our trucks carry over 3000 parts and supplies. We specialize in systems over 10 years old, so we'll probably have the exact part you need right on the truck. If we don't have the parts we need on the truck, you won't be charged extra for us to get it.
 
• One Day Replacement.  If you want to replace your old furnace or air conditioner, we will install a new one in one day. So you don't have to go a night without comfort.
 
• Wide Selection.  You can choose from all major brands, we don't limit you to one or two. Jaric works for you, not the manufacturers. We may recommend one unit over the other because size, price, quality, or application may suit your needs better.
 
• Cleanliness.  Our installers wear floor savers on their shoes, use drop cloths and runners, and vacuum after they are finished.
 
• Jaric AC Services is independently owned.  We are not like the national chains of department stores and discount marts that sell cheap systems at a low price and then hire sub-contractors to cut corners on installation to save time. Our Subcontractors do carry proper insurance and workers compensation, which does not put you risk if a worker is hurt on your property. Ask to see our insurance coverage and state license.
