"In 1992 we renovated and enlarged our house, increasing the air conditioned and heated square footage by 587 square feet. At that time, we replaced the air conditioning unit with a SEER 10 unit. Since then, our electric usage increased dramatically, and it was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature in all the rooms.
A few years ago, Jaric checked over the system and worked with us to make small repairs and increase the air return system. Our electric usage dropped after that, but not dramatically. Because of the age of the unit and problems developing with it, Jaric suggested a new system and re-working the air distribution system. We had them put in a SEER 14. The men who worked on removing and replacing the system and the air distribution system did a great job. They left absolutely no mess (even picking up small pieces of insulation) and finished the whole job in a day and a half. Since having the new system installed, our electric usage in a month with an average temperature of 97 has gone from usages of 3450 kwh to 2551 kwh in a month with an average temperature of 99. Needless to say, it shouldn't take too long to pay off the new system. Plus, the comfort level room to room is greatly improved. We are really happy both with the work that was done and the great service we've gotten from Jaric. I would highly recommend Jaric to anyone."

"Jim and his crew have taken care of my A/C - furnace issues for almost 35 years. Jim was just a young "whipper snappper" when we called him first, and I wasn't so old myself. During that time Jaric Co has installed a new furnace and air conditioner the way it should have been done in the first place. They have done all the servicing on both the old and new equipment. Jim swore the new units will last at least until I'm 83 and I'm holding him to it! He and Jeff have always treated me in a kind manner and were willing to explain things if I wanted. Most usually I didn't want as I am a firm believer in finding honest and trustworthy people who can do their jobs transparently to me. Back in the old days when Jim was young and needed the business and I was recently divorced and didn't know beans about mechanical things, I made a desperation call to Jim. The water heater was leaking all over the garage floor. What was I to do? I had no idea! I left and went to work. My co-workers then convinced me that my house was going to explode since I didn't shut off the water heater. Not knowing who to call, I called Jim, the only repairman I knew, to see if he could tell me. He asked me if the garage door was open. I told him that the one to the backyard was. Jim said, "I'll take care of it!" BOY, IS THAT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR! By the time I got home, Jim was finishing installing the water heater. Funny thing was though, that then I had the audacity to see if he'd take out the dishwasher. It didn't run either, AND HE DID! Now that's timely considerate customer service! Jim doesn't do water heaters anymore. He now has enough to do with air conditioners and furnaces. This story does show though what good customer service Jaric Company has always done."
