*Inspect Blower Cabinet and Blower Wheel.
*Check Condensate Water Drain
*Check Duct System Static Pressures, Record Findings
*Check Auxiliary Condensate Drain Pan
*Check Electrical Connections in Furnace that Control A/C Functions
*Check Electrical Wiring for Corrosion and Burns at the Outside Unit Control Panel
*Lubricate All Motors if Serviceable
*Check Operating Pressure & Temperature of Outside Unit to Determine Refrigerant Level
*Clean Outside Condenser Coil
*Calculate Operating Function of Run Capacitors and check Start Capacitors
*Inspect Electrical Disconnect for Wear or Burned Wiring
*Treat Main Condensate Water Pan with Algae Tablets
*Check Condenser Fan Motor Bearings
*Check Condenser Fan Blade or Cracks or Loose Rivets
